Are Online Degrees as Useful as Traditional Degrees?
Many would-be students wonder if an online college degree would be as useful to them as a more traditional degree from a brick and mortar college. If you already have your career plans mapped out, ask someone in the Human Resources department of the company you are interested in working for about their opinion on whether or not an online degree is as useful to someone as a traditional college degree would be. They will more than likely tell you that learning is learning, and a degree is a degree, no matter what the source. As long as someone is able to understand and retain the material being taught in a class, and has the ability to take their knowledge into the workplace and apply it to their career, the differences between traditional and online college degrees become more or less meaningless.
